Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (AMEX: PLX), got slammed early, down as much as 2 percent to $4.85, following reports the U.S. FDA moved the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of the New Drug Application (NDA) for taliglucerase alfa to May 1, 2012, a three-month extension from the previous PDUFA date of February 1, 2012.
Shares have moved higher since the initial investor reaction, now 15.5 percent lower on the session.
