Expedia (Nasdaq: EXPE) announced a new multi-year agreement with United Airlines (NYSE: UAL) through which travelers booking on Expedia.com and Hotwire will have access to all United and Continental fares, schedules and inventory. The agreement comes as Expedia and United mark nearly 15 years of working together.
Expedia and United will work together on innovative merchandising and promotional programs designed to maximize exposure for United's products and grow revenue. At the same time, travelers booking on Expedia, Inc. sites will have access to United's unmatched global route network and U.S. hub structure, ensuring they have access to the best selection of airfares available.
