WL Ross Raises Stake in Assured Guaranty Ltd. (AGO) to 10.9%

In an amended 3D filing on Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE: AGO), WL Ross disclosed a 10.9%, or 19,835,370 share, stake in the company. This is up 14.19% from the 17,371,186 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending September 30, 2011.

The group bought 1,861,976 shares on 12/01 at $11.17, among other share purchase.
