Susser Holdings (SUSS) Prices 3.5M Common Offering at $21.75/Share

Susser Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SUSS) has priced a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offer price of $21.75 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of common stock from Susser. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on December 7, 2011.
