Coleman Cable, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCIX), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a mixed shelf of securities. The size is increased from $197.50 million to $206.25 million. Coleman will sell a mix of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Debt Securities, Warrants, Subscription Rights, Stock Purchase Contracts, Stock Purchase Units,Guarantees of Debt Securities, or any combination thereof.
