Coleman Cable (CCIX) Increases Mixed Shelf 4.4% to $206.25M; Shareholders to Sell 1M Less Common

Coleman Cable, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCIX), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a mixed shelf of securities. The size is increased from $197.50 million to $206.25 million. Coleman will sell a mix of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Debt Securities, Warrants, Subscription Rights, Stock Purchase Contracts, Stock Purchase Units,Guarantees of Debt Securities, or any combination thereof.

Further, the shelf for selling shareholders moved from 6 million common shares to 5 million common shares.
