Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) price target of $70.00.

Nomura analyst, Shannon O'Callaghan, said, "Dover announced that it is realigning its business into four newly named segments, which we view as positive as we think it provides more focused management of Dover’s growth drivers and makes the story easier to understand for investors. The realignment does not come with any guidance changes or new cost synergies, but it puts the businesses together in a way that makes more sense from an internal management standpoint (focus, scale, capital deployment) as well as an external investor communications standpoint."
