In a 13D filing on WebMD (Nasdaq: WBMD) from Carl Icahn, the money manager is urging the company to purchase up to $1 billion in shares and set a dutch tender offer with a high end of $36 per share. Icahn also indicated he is not aware of any talks for WebMD with a private-equity bidder, and would not support this.

The stock seems to be dipping on the news. Shares last traded at $34.98, down about 0.8 percent from Tuesday's close.
