Goldman Sachs upgraded Navistar International (NYSE: NAV) from Sell to Neutral with a price target of $38.00.
The firm sees a balanced risk-reward with the stock trading at a 12% discount to Machinery peers based on the firm's estimates which are 27% below consensus.
Goldman said while they remain bearish on military vehicle demand outlook, the sharp discount to consensus now appears priced in and visibility on North America truck recovery remains solid.
