Axcelis (ACLS) Approves Sale Leaseback of HQ

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACLS) has approved moving forward to finalize a sale leaseback transaction for the Company's headquarters in Beverly, Massachusetts. The property is located 15 miles north of Boston, and includes a 417,000 square foot facility containing office, R&D, and manufacturing space as well as Axcelis' advanced technology center for customer demonstrations. Axcelis will continue to occupy the facility under a long-term lease.
