Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) share have ripped higher following the announcement that it entered into a next-generation neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent rare earth magnet with Daido Steel Co., Ltd. (Daido), and Mitsubishi Corporation (Mitsubishi).
Shares are up 11.3 percent on the session, moving 5.7 percent after the news hit.
