Hingham Institution for Saving (NASDAQ: HIFS) declared a special dividend of $0.26 per share, or $0.26 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on January 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 6, 2012.
