FCC Says AT&T (T) Tie-Up with T-Mobile Would Diminish Competition; AT&T 'Disappointed,' Reviewing Options

Bloomberg reporting: AT&T (NYSE: T) has responded to news coming out of an FCC hearing on the company's proposed bid for T-Mobile USA. The FCC concluded AT&T's merger would diminish competition and wouldn't bring more jobs. The FCC's conclusion seems to be inline with the findings of the Justice Department.
AT&T called the FCC action "disappointing" and said it is now reviewing all options following the conclusion.
