Goldman Sachs downgraded Ventas (NYSE: VTR) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $47 (up from $44).

The firm calls its sell rating a "relative forecast" as they expect modest downside
versus their roughly flat total return expectation for the group. Goldman sees the stock as fully valued and believes share performance could be negatively impacted by overhangs driven by reimbursement concerns.
