Ensign Group (ENSG) to Acquire Assets of Idaho Skilled Facility

The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), announced today that it has acquired the underlying real estate and other operating assets of Pocatello Care and Rehabilitation Center, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Pocatello, Idaho. An Ensign subsidiary has been operating the facility since October 2006 under a lease with an option to purchase. The acquisition was effective November 15, 2011.
