Pennant Investment Corp (PNNT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.7% to $0.28; 10.9% Yield

Pennant Investment Corp (NASDAQ: PNNT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 23, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.9 percent.
