Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) price target of $44.00.

Nomura analyst, Shannon O’Callaghan, said, "Ahead of Tyco’s 4Q11 earnings report on 11/16, we are publishing quarterly estimates for FY12. Our FY12 EPS estimate of $3.35 is below consensus of $3.62. Our FY12 estimate includes $50M ($0.09) of restructuring expense. Tyco might choose to back restructuring expense out of its guidance, which would lead to a $0.09 higher guidance number vs. our estimate."
