Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG) 42.1% HIGHER; has entered into a definitive merger agreement with BFC Financial Corporation which provides for a merger that will, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, result in Bluegreen becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of BFC. Under the terms of the agreement, which has been approved by a special committee comprised of Bluegreen’s independent directors as well as the boards of directors of both companies, holders of Bluegreen’s Common Stock (other than BFC) will be entitled to receive eight shares of BFC’s Class A Common Stock for each share of Bluegreen’s Common Stock they hold at the effective time of the merger.

China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources (NYSE: SHZ) 18% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, versus $0.02 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.1 million, versus $3.6 million reported last year.

Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CADX) 18% LOWER; today announced its intention to offer and sell $75 million worth of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Cadence also expects to grant to the underwriters for the offering a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTRP) 16.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $153 million versus the consensus estimate of $150.56 million. For the fourth quarter of 2011, the Company expects to continue the net revenue growth year-on-year at a rate of approximately 15-20%.

USEC (NYSE: USU) 15.1% LOWER; uranium sector moving lower this morning. Stock pushed below the 200-day SMA just after the open; volume is very heavy today.

Netlist (Nasdaq: NLST) 14.6% HIGHER; breaking over the $2 level this week. Shares were up 16 percent on Friday following Q3 results.

ATP Oil & Gas (Nasdaq: ATPG) 14% LOWER; could be moving on news Egypt will enhance gas export pipeline security or news Noble Eneryg and partners at the Tamar field are near a 15-year deal with Daewoo Shipbuilding for floating LNG terminals.

SemiLEDS (Nasdaq: LEDS) 10.1% HIGHER; the stock is over resistance at $4 today. Only a half hour into trade, volume is already more than double its average normal full-day volume.

SIGA Tech. (Nasdaq: SIGA) 8.9% LOWER; a story for the LA Times yesterday questioned the authenticity of the Obama adminstration's $433 million deal to buy the company's experimental smallpox product.

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: JKS) 8.8% LOWER; sees third-quarter total solar module shipments to be approximately 210 MW – 220 MW, which compares with the Company's previous guidance of 230 MW – 250 MW. Sees total revenues to be in approximately $270 – $280 million, which compares with the Company's previous guidance of $310 – $330 million. The Street sees $288.95 million. For fiscal 2011, sees total solar module shipments to be approximately 770 MW – 800 MW, which compares with the Company's previous guidance of 950 MW –1000 MW. Sees total revenues to be approximately $1.1 – $1.2 billion, which compares with the Company's previous guidance of $1.4 – $1.5 billion. The Street sees revs of $1.29 billion.
