Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) shares are moving higher Monday morning following an announcement that it will sell 10.4 billion common shares of China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) through private transactions with a group of investors. Post-tax profit on the deal is expected to be $1.8 billion. Click here for more from the release.
