In a 13G filing on GNC Holdings (NYSE: GNC), Steven Cohen's hedge fund SAC Capital disclosed a 4.8%, or 4,908,334 share, stake in the company. This is up 21,138.09% from the 23,111 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending June 30, 2011. The firm had been a 5% or more holder but ceased.
