Deutsche Bank downgraded Kellogg (NYSE: K) from Buy to Hold, price target lowered $10 to $50.

Deutsche analyst says, "While we still believe in LT prospects, required investment spending (supply chain, SAP, A&P) will limit margins and EPS growth into 2013. Despite our view that several challenges are finally being addressed, it may be some time before sales help EPS/cash flow, valuation and the stock."
