Deutsche Bank downgraded Wendy's (NYSE: WEN) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $5.75.

Deutsche analyst says, "While WEN remains one of the more interesting turnaround stories in our group, we believe needed structural improvements will take time and money. In the meantime, some key catalysts have passed (Arby’s sale, premium burger launch), leaving limited drivers to profit upside and multiple expansion in the near term."
