Goldman Sachs raised their price target on Sara Lee (NYSE: SLE) from $19 to $20 (ex-special dividend) while maintaining their Buy rating.

The firm noted that the company's recent results were better-than-expected in arguably its most challenging quarter. In addition the company has closed on its North American Fresh Bakery divestiture, another major overhang. Focus now shifts to SLE's post-split story as near-term distractions and headwinds abate. February and March's analyst days should provide details of the story, the firm notes.

Goldman largely maintained their FY12-FY14 estimates.
