Wedbush analyst says, "Leading industry position and favorable backdrop should provide sustainable growth ahead. Following the recent spin-off from ITT, Xylem is now the largest publicly traded pure play in the water equipment sector; and should see increasing value unlocked as it benefits from its scale, operations-driven culture, and a favorable backdrop for water investment from 1) population growth 2) emerging market development 3) urban migration and regulation."
