ManpowerGroup (MAN) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend; 3.7% Yield; OKs 3M Common Buyback

ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 5, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 1, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
ManpowerGroup's Board of Directors has also approved a new share repurchase program, which gives the Company the ability to repurchase up to 3 million shares of its issued and outstanding common stock. Purchases under this program may be made from time to time in open market or privately negotiated transactions.
