Encore Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECPG) announced the pricing for the previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,610,000 shares of it common stock by JCF FPK I LP, one of the Company's stockholders, at a price to the public of $24.35 per share.
The price is a 6.7 percent discount to yesterday's closing of $26.10.
