Deutsche Bank upgraded Weyerhaeuser (NYSE: WY) from Sell to Hold with a price target of $19.00.

Deutsche analyst says, "WY’s portfolio is heavily levered to housing. With housing in a deep slump, WY has struggled. At the same time, its cellulose (pulp) business is apt to struggle with slumping prices. The next 6-9 months are apt to be tough. However, at current levels, we think the stock is fairly valued...We’re making no change to our 4Q est of $0.04 (FY11 = $0.22) & FY12 est of $0.25/share."
