Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY) reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.31, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $125.36 million.
Heartland Payment Systems sees FY2011 EPS of $1.04-$1.06, versus the consensus of $1.03. The company now expects full year revenue growth to be between 8% to 9%.
The Company also announced the Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share, which is payable December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on November 24, 2011.
