Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share, or $0.06 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.1 percent.
In addition, the Board of Directors authorized an increase in the quarterly dividend rate from $.015 to $.105 per share, effective with the first quarter 2012 dividend payment.
