This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE: OCN) high of $14.40. reported third-quarter earnings of $0.19, versus the consensus of $0.16. The company also said it will acquire Saxon Mortgage Services from Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS). Ocwen has agreed to acquire Saxon for the base purchase price of $59.3 million, plus an estimated $1.4 billion for servicing advance receivables outstanding. Shares have been as much as 6 percent higher Tuesday.
- Under Armour (NYSE: UA) high of $83.47. Under Armour reported Q3 earnings of 88 cents per share, which was 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of 83 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter came in at $466 million versus the consensus estimate of $445.55 million. The company raised its fiscal 2011 sales guidance to a range of $1.46 to $1.47 billion from $1.42 to $1.44 billion, versus the consensus of $1.45 billion.
- Family Dollar Stores Inc. (NYSE: FDO) high of $59.84 and McDonald's Corp. (NYSE: MCD) high of $92.86. When stagnation in the economy is rampant, investors turn to the discount retailers as consumers look to pinch pennies.
- Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) low of $74.25. Netflix shareholders continue taking a bath following quarterly results released after the market closed yesterday. Netflix reported third-quarter earnings of $1.16 per share, better than the 94 cents expected. Revenue was $822 million, versus $810.5 million expected by the Street. Netflix took a hit from guidance, which has fourth-quarter earnings of 36 to 70 cents, versus the Street's $1.09 views. Netflix also sees domestic streaming subscribers of 20.0 to 21.5 million and domestic DVD subscribers of 10.3 to 11.3 million. The stock was downgraded at Citi, JPMorgan, Janney, Susquehanna, Goldman Sachs and Atlantic Equities.
- MF Global Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: MF) low of $1.75. MF Global reported a second-quarter adjusted loss of 9 cents per share and revenue of $205.9 million, far below Street views calling for earnings of 7 cents per share and revenue of $310.48 million. MF Global dropped over 50 percent on the session.
- First Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR) low of $42.50. First Solar slammed upon announcing that CEO, Rob Gillette, would no longer be with the Company. First Solar dropped as much as 26.7 percent.
- Healthways Inc. (Nasdaq: HWAY) low of $6.22. Healthways reported third-quarter earnings of 28 cents per share on revenue of $176.2 million, versus Street views calling for earnings for 27 cents and revenue of $174.87 million. The stock was downgraded at William Blair, BB&T, Piper Jaffray and Barclays this morning.
