UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Omnicare (NYSE: OCR) price target cut $2 to $29.00.

UBS analyst said, "Late Friday, CMS released the second draft of AMP-based reimbursement (as the new definition of Federal Upper Limits). Recall the initial data set from CMS was only released several weeks ago. It remains difficult to assess the impact vs. the old reimbursement scheme, but based on our discussions w/ OCR on this topic, mgmt states that true AMP/FUL reimbursement has become a fairly small portion of OCR’s business vs. only two years ago, and thus mgmt expects 2012 impact to likely be offset by benefit from short-cycle dispensing (scd) implementation delay."
