Kaufman Bros. maintains a 'Buy' on Acme Packet (NASDAQ: APKT) price target of $65.00.

Kaufman analyst says, "Final 3Q11 print was largely consistent with the company's earlier pre-announcement and our revised estimates...Management reaffirmed 2011 guidance, but stopped short of stating that the pushed out $10MM+ order from AT&T (NYSE: T) has been booked...Maintain our earlier revised 2011 and 2012 non-GAAP EPS estimates of $1.14 and $1.52."

"Reasons to buy APKT shares: 1) Company maintains undisputed lead in critical SBC market with >60% market share, and there is opportunity for sustained growth; 2) APKT maintains a firm pricing environment for its Net-Net product series, and is seeing good traction in the enterprise market; and 3) overseas strength points to continued growth in carrier SBC deployments, and a widening presence in the SIP trunking market."
