Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Textron (NYSE: TXT) price target of $25.00.
Barclays analyst says, "We've raised our 2011 EPS estimate to $1.10 driven primarily by higher earnings forecasts at Bell. Although recent strength and a lack of positive catalysts on the business jet demand front could pressure near-term performance, we continue to think on a 12 month view, there is a reasonably high likelihood that TXT will see a seemingly elusive recovery begin to take hold. With the shares trading at about 11x 2012 trough-type earnings, we think this points to significant potential upside from current levels."
