Shares of Domino's Pizza (NYSE: DPZ) are trading stronger again Wednesday following solid earnings results Tuesday morning. On last night's Mad Money, CEO Patrick Doyle sat down with stock sage Jim Cramer to discuss results.
Doyle said of Domino's 9,500 locations, about half are now international. Domino's is the largest pizza company in France, Doyle commented, but it only has 200 locations there, implying there is still room for expansion.
Mobile and online sales have also been a positive for the company, and Doyle thinks the company is now a tech play. He suggested Domino's system is now faster, more accurate, and allows for customers to keep track of where their pizza is at all times.
Further, with more adaptation of online ordering, Domino's has been able to "pare back" on labor costs. He said about 1.5 percent of all orders are placed through Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhone alone.
Doyle said commodity price declines are just now starting to show up on the bottom-line, and the company remains shareholder focused, buying back 3 million shares in 2011 so far.
Cramer agreed, continuing his support for Domino's.
Shares are up nearly 3 percent Wednesday after closing 7 percent better Tuesday.
