Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBAN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, versus ($0.16) reported last year.
The board of directors accepted the resignation of Al D. Ross, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 18, 2011. Mr. Ross worked with the company nearly fourteen years and served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2006. At its scheduled monthly board meeting on October 18, 2011, the board of directors elected James D. Minix as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
