Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c; Guides Q4 Below Views, Sees FY11 EPS at Low-End of Range

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc (NYSE: SWK) reported Q3 EPS of $1.34, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.56 billion.

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc sees Q4 2011 EPS of $1.30, versus the consensus of $1.33.

This brings full year EPS to the low end of the previously communicated 2011 EPS guidance of $5.15 - $5.40.
