Baytex Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTE) declared a monthly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 27, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
