Deutsche Bank downgraded Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) to Hold with a price target of $9.50.

Deutsche analyst says, "After a 19% run from recent lows, we downgrade IPG to Hold ahead of 3Q results on Oct. 28, as we think the margin turnaround is delayed once again by expected softness in the global ad market and headwinds from recent client losses. While we continue to believe that IPG is an interesting margin recovery story for patient investors, we prefer to invest closer to the payoff, and believe the shares will remain range-bound until the global ad outlook improves."
