Atlantic Power Corporation (NYSE: AT) has priced a public offering of 11,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $13.00 per share for Common Shares sold in US dollars and C$13.26 per share for Common Shares sold in Canadian dollars, for gross proceeds of approximately C$146 million.
The price is a 2.6 percent discount to yesterday's closing of USD 13.34 per share.
The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional Common Shares at the same price to cover over-allotments, if any. TD Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are serving as joint book-running managers of the Offering.
