Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) price target raised from $78 to $87.

Nomura analyst, Aram Rubinson, said, "We have begun to value companies with above-average visibility on 2013 earnings. Based on continued strong fundamentals, an optimistic analyst day and a bigger-than-normal buyback, we raise our target to $87. We use an 8x multiple, but apply it to 2013 EBITDA. Our EPS estimates remain unchanged but we model D&A flat on a per foot basis in 2012 after declining 25% since 2006. We expect D&A dollars should increase by 7% in 2012, after holding steady for 5 years."
