Provident Energy Trust (NYSE: PVX) declared a monthly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 24, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 20, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
