CF Industries (CF) to Shut Down Methanol Operations at Woodward, OK Plant; Sees $22M Impairment Charge in Q3

In a Form 8-K, CF Industries (NYSE: CF) disclosed that it will shut down its methanol plant in Woodward, Oklahoma in order to focus these operations on fertilizer production. The company expects a $22 million impairment charge during the third quarter as a result.
