Ceradyne, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDN) announced that it has received ceramic body armor delivery orders totaling approximately $6.9 million for delivery in 2012. These orders were issued by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and represent special ergonomic designed systems that Ceradyne has produced for USSOCOM in the past.
