Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) 79.5% HIGHER; correcting today following a more than 50 percent plunge last Friday on bankruptcy fears. The company issued a statement late Friday saying it has "no intention to file for bankruptcy."

AMR Corp. (NYSE: AMR) 33.8% LOWER; bankruptcy concerns being heard on the Street. The stock was halted seven times earlier following numerous volatility circuit breakers.

PPD (Nasdaq: PPDI) 26.1% HIGHER; to be acquired by Carlyle Group for $33.25 per share in cash.

Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGMO) 26% LOWER; today announced that its Phase 2b study (SB-509-901) did not meet its primary or secondary clinical endpoints in subjects with moderate severity diabetic neuropathy (DN) as compared to placebo. Click here to see the full report.

DHT Holdings (NYSE: DHT) 25.5% LOWER; shares dipped sharply in mid-day trade after challenging the $1.75 level. The stock is trading well below the $2 level for the first time ever.

Audiocodes (Nasdaq: AUDC) 24.2% LOWER; announces a share buyback for up to 4 million Ordinary shares. Sees Q3 sales $36-$37 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $43.55 million. Cuts its FY11 sales guidance from $167-$174 million to $155-$162 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $171.5 million.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 24.2% LOWER; Jefferies kept its Hold rating on USEC, but slashed its price target from $3.75 to $1.75 on concerns that ACP maybe demobilized if a resolution to the $2 billion loan guarantee is not found by the end of October following an announcement of the extension a standstill agreement with Toshiba and B&W late last week.

VirnetX (AMEX: VHC) 22.6% LOWER; continuing lower today following a 32 percent decline over the last two weeks. Shares have now pushed below $12 as volume is stronger on Monday's session.

ChinaCast Education (Nasdaq: CAST) 19.2% LOWER; announced the expansion of its Board from five to seven Directors.

Acura Pharma (Nasdaq: ACUR) 11.6% HIGHER; continuing higher this week following a nearly 15 percent rise on Friday amid a receiving a patent issue for US Patent No. 7,981,439 by the US PTO.

Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) 11.2% HIGHER; reports that, in response to solicitation RFP-2011-N-13414, it has received an award to supply the U.S. government with 44.75 million doses of BioThrax (Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed) over a period of five years for a total value of up to $1.25 billion. BioThrax is the only vaccine licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to protect against anthrax infection.

The Medicines Company (Nasdaq: MDCO) 9.9% HIGHER; has settled the lawsuits filed by MDCO in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware relating to the Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) filed by Teva Parenteral Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEVA) and its affiliate, Pliva Hrvatska d.o.o., for generic versions of Angiomax (bivalirudin for injection).

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CKSW) 6.6% HIGHER; reports preliminary third-quarter revenue expected to be in the range of $22.7 to $23.5 million. The Street sees revenue of $21.02 million. The Company also revised upward its annual guidance for full year 2011 to the range of approximately $85 to $87 million, compared with the previously provided annual guidance of between $81.5 and $85 million. Consensus is looking for revenue of $83.39 million.

McDermott International Inc. (NYSE: MDR) 6.3% HIGHER; McDermott is making a real unusual move Monday as many of its peers are trading in negative territory. Volume on the move is heavier today as well.
