Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) 91% HIGHER; correcting today following a more than 50 percent plunge last Friday on bankruptcy fears. The company issued a statement late Friday saying it has "no intention to file for bankruptcy."

PPD (Nasdaq: PPDI) 25.7% HIGHER; to be acquired by Carlyle Group for $33.25 per share in cash.

Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGMO) 24.1% LOWER; today announced that its Phase 2b study (SB-509-901) did not meet its primary or secondary clinical endpoints in subjects with moderate severity diabetic neuropathy (DN) as compared to placebo. Click here to see the full report.

VirnetX (AMEX: VHC) 17.1% LOWER; continuing lower today following a 32 percent decline over the last two weeks. Shares have now pushed below $13.

The Medicines Company (Nasdaq: MDCO) 15.6% HIGHER; has settled the lawsuits filed by MDCO in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware relating to the Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) filed by Teva Parenteral Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEVA) and its affiliate, Pliva Hrvatska d.o.o., for generic versions of Angiomax (bivalirudin for injection).

ChinaCast Education (Nasdaq: CAST) 13.7% LOWER; announced the expansion of its Board from five to seven Directors.

Audiocodes (Nasdaq: AUDC) 13.1% LOWER; announces a share buyback for up to 4 million Ordinary shares. Sees Q3 sales $36-$37 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $43.55 million. Cuts its FY11 sales guidance from $167-$174 million to $155-$162 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $171.5 million.

Winnebago (NYSE: WGO) 12.1% HIGHER; bouncing over the $7 level today. Volume is heavy.

InterOil (NYSE: IOC) 10.7% LOWER; shares remaining a very volatile run. The stock. Shares fell 20 percent from Tuesday, Sept. 20th to Wednesday, Sept. 28th and bounced by about 15 percent over Thursday and Friday's session.

Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) 10.6% HIGHER; reports that, in response to solicitation RFP-2011-N-13414, it has received an award to supply the U.S. government with 44.75 million doses of BioThrax (Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed) over a period of five years for a total value of up to $1.25 billion. BioThrax is the only vaccine licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to protect against anthrax infection.

MELA Sciences (Nasdaq: MELA) 10.5% HIGHER; bouncing over the $4.50 and 200-day smooth moving average this morning.
