Citi (C) to Merge Brazilian Retail, Credit Card Units, Forming 'Consumer Business Retail'

Bloomberg reporting: Citi (NYSE: C) to merge its Retail and Credit Card units in Brazil. The new unit will be called "Consumer Business Retail." The branch will be headed by Leonel Andrade.
