This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (Nasdaq: BMRN) high of $33.48. BioMarin moving 8.6 percent higher as Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock to Buy, with a $40 price target.

  • Liquidity Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: LQDT) high of $35.44. Stifel Nicolaus starts Liquidity Services at Buy with a $41 price target, suggesting 31 percent upside from a close of $31.29 yesterday.
52-Week Low:
  • Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) low of $1.51. Kodak falling today as ratings agency Fitch took certain Kodak debt down a notch. Fitch now rates Kodak's IDR a CC, down from CCC previously. Fitch's outlook remains Negative.

  • RealD Inc. (NYSE: RLD) low of $8.89. RealD shares fell over 27 percent stemming from reports that Sony (NYSE: SNE) will stop paying for the company's 3D glasses next May.

  • InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC) low of $37.90. InterOil selling off again today following yesterday's news that Papua New Guinea's new energy minister harshly criticized a LNG joint venture operated by the company.

  • Xueda Education Group (NYSE: XUE) low of $2.75. Xueda Education continuing lower today, after reporting yesterday that it "expects that its net revenue for the full year of 2011 to be in the estimated range of $214 million to $218 million, an increase of approximately 38.8 percent to 41.4 percent from the full year of 2010 and compared to the Company’s previously estimated range of $222 million to $235 million." Xueda is off 13 percent to the new low today, after closing 10.2 percent lower yesterday.
