QAD, Inc. (QADA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.072; 2.8% Yield; Authorizes Buyback

QAD, Inc. (NASDAQ: QADA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.072 per share, or $0.288 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.
The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 25, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
The company has also authorizes a common stock buyback.
Under the share repurchase program, the company may repurchase shares of
Class A and/or Class B common stock through open market transactions.
Repurchases may also be made under a Rule 10b5-1 plan, which would
permit shares to be repurchased when QAD might otherwise be precluded
from doing so under applicable insider trading laws and regulations.
