Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on General Electric (NYSE: GE) price target of $20.00.

Nomura analyst, Shannon O’Callaghan, said, "GE’s energy investments are positioned to pay off, which could trigger a sentiment shift. GE has a world-leading Energy business that is extremely well positioned for a world now biased towards gas-fired power generation, an oil & gas industry poised for continued upstream to downstream investment, and a renewables business that will still play a role. They have invested organically and inorganically to be in this position and now they need to deliver, especially on two main fronts: 1) segment margins, and 2) returns on acquisitions. Our $20 price target is based on 13x our 2012 EPS estimate of $1.50."
