CreXus Investment Corp (NYSE: CXS) raised its quarterly dividend by 25 percent from 25 cents per share to 30 cents per share.
The dividend will be payable on October 27, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2011.
