JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) 22.2% LOWER; reports Monday have the plant -- located in Hongxiao, Haining city in eastern Zhejiang province, China -- fouling local air and water. Complaints include waste-water killing large amounts of fish, and toxic smokestack emissions. The stock was downgraded at Goldman, Collins Stewart, Credit Suisse and Roth Capital.

Prana Biotechnology (Nasdaq: PRAN) 17.5% HIGHER; reports The Journal Of Neurochemistry has published an update on the mechanism of action of PBT2 in the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Goodrich Corp. (NYSE: GR) 12.2% HIGHER; Following earlier speculation surrounding a large financing action at United Technologies (NYSE: UTX), reports from Bloomberg late Friday suggest the company could be looking at none other than Goodrich.

USA Technologies (Nasdaq: USAT) 12.2% LOWER; has given back almost all the recent gains since the beginning of September. The stock tumbled more than 13 percent on Friday. Shares have broken below a support level at $2.

AsiaInfo-Linkage (NASDAQ: ASIA) 12% LOWER; Susquehanna downgraded the stock from Positive to Neutral, price target cut from $23 to $11.

Yingli (NYSE: YGE) 11.1% LOWER; Mr. Chi Ping Martin Lau has resigned from the Company's board of directors and the audit and compensation committees in order to focus his time on his duties as President of Tencent Holdings Limited. His resignation from the Company was effective September 19, 2011. Mr. Richard Xue has been appointed to replace Mr. Lau. Mr. Xue has been Chief Financial Officer of ATMU Inc., which is the largest automated teller machines sourcing company in China.

Artio Global Investors (NYSE: ART) 9.7% LOWER; Ticonderoga downgraded the stock from Hold to Sell with a new price target of $6.00.

ING Groep (NYSE: ING) 9.6% LOWER; stocks of Eurobanks are getting crushed this morning. HSBC (NYSE: HBC) down 4.5 percent, Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) down 6.8 percent, UBS (NYSE: UBS) down 3.9 percent.

Penn Virginia (NYSE: PVA) 9.3% LOWER; Stifel Nicolaus downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold.
